San Francisco Bay Area, within a typical 1-hour drive of Napa, CA. This extends north from Santa Rosa in the west to Sacramento further east, and south from San Francisco to the East Bay.
We offer a range of services tailored to your project’s needs, from full-service interior design (concept-to-completion management, including project management), “E-Design” (virtual floor plans and mood boards), and single-room refreshes to simple 2-hour consultations.
We are a decorating and design studio. While we handle all spatial planning, finishes, furniture sourcing, and even project management, we do not perform construction work. We have an extensive network of trusted craftspeople we can bring, or we are happy to collaborate with your architect, builder, or general contractor during a renovation.
Depending on the project scope, we typically work on either a Flat Fee (for well-defined, full-room projects) or an Hourly Rate (for consultations and ongoing support). We are happy to provide a transparent estimate during our initial consultation.
While you don’t need a finalized number, having a general “investment range” in mind is very helpful. A key part of our process is educating you on the realistic costs of furniture, shipping, and trade labor so we can establish a workable budget together that aligns with your goals.
Absolutely. We understand that not every project is a whole-home renovation. Our services are specifically designed for clients who need professional guidance, a clear roadmap, and a shopping list, but have a more modest budget or prefer to execute the plan at their own pace.
The process begins with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals. From there, we schedule a paid, 90-minute in-home consultation. This is working time—we’ll walk through your space, discuss your needs, take preliminary measurements, and often offer “on-the-spot” recommendations.
That depends on the service level! For full-service design, we manage every detail, requiring minimal time from you (mostly for decision approvals). For consultations or E-design, we provide the plan, and you execute it at your own speed.
Timing varies greatly based on the scope. A simple consult is 90 minutes. An E-design plan takes about 2-3 weeks. However, a full-service room renovation can take 4-8 months from concept to final installation, largely due to furniture lead times and contractor scheduling.
